Privacy policy

Last updated: July 2026. Protecting your personal data is part of the trust we promise. [RAISON SOCIALE] (“SDM”, “we”) processes your data in accordance with Moroccan law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, under the supervision of the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP).

This English text is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

1. What data do we collect?

Booking details: name, phone number, pick-up and drop-off points, date, time, number of passengers and any notes you send us.
WhatsApp conversations: the booking form on this site stores nothing on our servers: it prepares a message that you send yourself through WhatsApp. From that point our exchanges are also governed by WhatsApp's (Meta's) privacy policy.
Ride history: driver, vehicle, route and timings of each ride, kept for your safety and so the service can be traced.
Film photographs: the photos taken during Night Circuits belong to you. We neither keep nor publish any of them without your prior written consent (for our Instagram account, for example).

2. Why do we need it?

To arrange and carry out your rides (performance of the contract);
To send you the driver's profile, the plate and the fixed price before departure (service safety);
To keep rides traceable in case of an incident (legitimate interest and safety);
To get back in touch about a booking or an item left behind.

We send no marketing messages without your consent, and we never sell your data.

3. Who has access?

Only the SDM team and the driver assigned to your ride (who receives your first name, your pick-up point and your destination). Our technical providers (Vercel hosting, WhatsApp/Meta messaging) may process certain data on our behalf, under their own compliance commitments. No data is transferred outside Morocco without meeting the conditions set out in law 09-08 and the applicable CNDP authorisations.

4. For how long?

Booking details and ride history: [DURÉE, ex. 24 mois] after your last ride;
Unclaimed film rolls and prints: [DURÉE, ex. 6 mois], then destroyed;
Accounting records: for the statutory Moroccan periods in force.

5. Your rights

Under law 09-08 you have a right of access, rectification and objection regarding the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to request its deletion once keeping it is no longer necessary.

6. Cookies and analytics

This site uses no advertising cookies. Only technical cookies strictly necessary for the site to work may be set. Should an analytics tool ever be added, this policy would be updated and your consent collected wherever the law requires it.

7. Security

We apply proportionate technical and organisational measures: restricted access to data, encrypted exchanges (HTTPS, WhatsApp end-to-end encryption), and drivers trained on keeping your information confidential.
