Four commitments, in writing before you get in.
Not intentions: rules we apply to every booking, and that you can check from your phone before the van even arrives.
What exactly does SDM guarantee?
SDM guarantees three things in writing before every ride between Taghazout, Tamraght and Agadir: a fixed price confirmed on WhatsApp that changes neither for traffic, nor a detour, nor the hour; the driver's name, photo and number plate sent before he arrives; and a guaranteed ride home before 5 a.m. on Safe Night evenings. Payment comes after the ride, in cash to the driver or by bank transfer.
The four, in detail
The price is agreed first, and never moves
You get the exact amount on WhatsApp before confirming. It does not change for traffic, for an extra stop, or because it is 3 a.m. No meter, no roadside haggling. Prices are quoted in euros: €29 per person for a Safe Night in Group or Meet-others format, €60 in Duo, and €12 to €35 per person for an airport transfer.
The driver we announce is the driver who comes
Before he arrives you receive his first name, his photo and the vehicle's plate. Check the plate, get in, and forward that message to someone close in one tap. If something forces a change of driver, you get the new full profile before he arrives. If you don't, don't get in.
On a Safe Night, the ride home is part of the booking
The time you get home is not left to chance: it is agreed when you book, guaranteed before 5 a.m., and the van drops you as close to your door as it can get, not at the edge of the main road. Nobody is left on the pavement at closing time.
And in practice, what gets checked?
The commitments above hold because there are checks behind them: identity verified in person, licence, insurance and registration checked then monitored over time, vehicle inspected. All eight points are set out on the safety page.

What we get asked most
What if the price at the end doesn't match what was quoted?
It should never happen: the amount confirmed in writing on WhatsApp is the amount due, without exception. If a driver asks for anything else, do not pay the difference and message us straight away: we settle it in your favour on the basis of the confirmation message.
Do I need to pay upfront or leave a card?
No. No deposit, no card on file, no app to install. You pay after the ride, in cash in dirhams to the driver or by bank transfer. Companies can request monthly invoicing.
What if the evening runs past the agreed time?
Message the driver on WhatsApp: the pick-up time shifts at no extra cost, within reason and within service hours. The agreed price does not change.
Do these commitments also apply outside the coast?
Yes, though the arrangement differs. Taghazout, Tamraght and Agadir are our daily ground. Marrakech, Casablanca and Rabat are covered on request, arranged in advance as Bespoke journeys, with the same firm price confirmed in writing before departure.
