Your questions about safety
What if the driver who turns up isn't the one you announced?
It doesn't happen: the driver we announce is the driver who comes. That is the rule. If something forces a change, you get the new full profile before he arrives. If you don't, don't get in, and we'll sort it out.
Can I check the plate before getting in?
We'd encourage it. The plate reaches you on WhatsApp before the vehicle does: one glance is enough to confirm it's the right van.
Can the people close to me follow my ride?
Yes. The summary (driver, vehicle, plate, route) forwards in one tap. Whoever you choose knows who you're with and when you'll arrive.
Who answers if something goes wrong mid-ride?
A person, on WhatsApp or by phone, throughout service hours. Every ride is logged, so we know immediately which vehicle and which driver you mean.
